Refund policy

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

Non-Returnable Items: Clearance/sale items, custom orders, and intimate apparel (e.g., underwear) are final sale.

Exchanges: We offer size exchanges based on availability. Buyer is responsible for return and reshipment costs.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
